摘要 用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析氯化聚乙烯的结构,考察制样方法及样品膜厚度对测试结果的影响。结果表明:用热压膜制样方法所得试样的红外谱图清晰、准确,信息全面;样品膜厚对测试结果会产生影响,厚度为0.015~0.05 mm时,所得红外谱图清晰,一致性好。 The structure of chloroinated polyethylene was analyzed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, and effects of sample preparation methods and sample thickness on determi- nation results were investigated. The results showed that the infrared spectra of samples obtained by hot press were clear, accurate and informative; the thickness of sample could influence the determi- nation results, and infrared spectra with high definition and good consistency could be obtained when the thickness was between 0. 015 and 0.05 mm.
