摘要
利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)和X射线衍射(XRD)技术,研究在800℃退火时,不同退火时间对亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢301L织构的影响。结果表明,冷轧退火后,亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢301L织构强度明显减弱,奥氏体相织构主要由Brass{110}<112>,Goss{110}<001>和Copper{112}<111>、{225}<554>组成,并且随着退火时间的增加,Brass织构强度明显降低;同时对再结晶织构的形成机制的讨论认为,亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢301L的再结晶被"定向形核"过程所控制。
Effect of annealing time on texture of metastable 301L austenitie stainless steel was investigated by means of electron back- scattered diffraction technique and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the intensity of the texture is sharply weakened after rolling and cold annealing and the texture of metastable 301L austenitic stainless steel is mainly composed of Brass { 110} 〈 112 〉 , Gosst 110t 〈 001 〉 ,Copper {112 } 〈 111 〉 and 1225 } 〈 554 〉 with the increasing annealing time at 800 ℃, also the intensity of Brass t 110 t 〈 112 〉 decreases obviously. A possible formation mechanism of recrystallization texture is that the formation of the recrystallization texture in metastable austenitic stainless steel 301L is attributed to the effect of "orientated nucleation".
