摘要
利用三维足部扫描技术,采集不同跟高站立状态下的足部三维图像,结合Delcam PowerSHAPE CAD设计系统,测量脚型尺寸的变化数据,最后通过社会科学统计软件包SPSS.17,进行数据分析,得到跟高与脚围度尺寸之间的回归方程。结果表明,随着跟高的增加,跖趾围长、前跗骨围长呈线性减小趋势。这一结论能够为不同跟高的鞋楦围度尺寸设计提供参考。
3D scanning technology was conducted to collect series of graphics of foot in different heel-heights at standing phase. The variation data were extracted by Delcam PowerSHAPE, and then analyzed by SPSS to get the regression equation of the heel- heights and foot girth. It could be concluded that ball girth and instep girth decreased linearly with the increase of heel-height, which would be useful for shoe last design.
