输尿管镜碎石在急性输尿管结石梗阻致尿脓毒症紧急解压中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 急性输尿管结石梗阻导致尿脓毒症临床进展快,病情危急,是泌尿外科最常见的急症之一,必须给予紧急解压。目前梗阻紧急解压的一线方法有经皮肾造瘘引流及经尿道膀胱镜逆行留置输尿管支架引流,行经尿道输尿管镜碎石解压方法的可行性及安全性存在争议。自2010年7月-2012年11月,我院尿石症治疗中心紧急解压急性输尿管结石梗阻致尿脓毒症患者106例,其中35例行经尿道输尿管镜碎石后留置双J管解压,疗效满意,现报告如下。
