摘要
1995年,美国肺癌研究组(LCSG)报道了一项前瞻性随机对照试验,比较局部切除和肺叶切除治疗T1N0非小细胞肺癌的结果,研究强调了对于早期肺癌患者利用传统肺叶切除的必要性,认为局部切除的手术结果比肺叶切除较差。基于此项研究,在很长一段时间内,局部切除仅被用于肺功能较差的肺癌患者。然而,随着螺旋CT成像技术的发展以及对高危肺癌人群初筛的推广,更多患有较小肿瘤的肺癌患者被发现,加上世界范围内患者老龄化现象的加剧,关于利用局部切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究越来越多。本文就早期肺癌局部切除的相关争议和影响预后因素的研究进展综述如下。
