摘要
RZ15212导液盘材质为1.4408奥氏体不锈钢;质量为5.7kg,铸件上,分布锥形沉孔、沉孔、沉槽、环形沉孔、复杂的导液口和过流导液口;导液盘上分布着复杂的7个不同形状的深8mm的工艺筋;铸件为大平面结构,导液盘精密铸造工艺性较差。通过不同铸造浇注系统设计-组树工艺方案设计、浇注方式的工艺改变、在平面上通过增加工艺脐子,设计制造浇注工艺装备托架,增加型壳受力支撑,使精密铸造导液盘的成品率明显提高。
1. 4408 austenite stainless steel RZ15212 drainage disc with 5.7 kg in weight is composed of countersink, counterbore, sinking-groove, ring-counterbore, complex drainage outlet and drainage channel. There exists seven different shape process bars with 8 mm in depth. It is difficult to investment cast drainage disc due to its large planar structure. Different gating system-assembling tree design was considered. Through modifying gating process and adding process umbilical on the planar, designing a bracket to improve the deformation of mold shell, the RZ15212 drainage disc was produced successfully with a higher production rate.
