稀土气氛对内氧化法制备铜基复合材料的影响

Influence of Rare Earth Atmosphere on Dispersion Strengthened Copper Based Composites Prepared by Internal Oxidation

摘要 QCr0.5合金进行内氧化时,在氧源中加入稀土粉末(Ce),即在稀土气氛中进行内氧化,内氧化后测量内氧化层的厚度,并对试样进行硬度、导电性测试和组织观察与分析。结果表明,QCr0.5合金在稀土粉末气氛中进行内氧化时,内氧化层比无稀土气氛时内氧化的厚度大,也就是提高了内氧化的速率;稀土气氛下QCr0.5合金内氧化层的硬度比无稀土气氛的硬度大;稀土气氛提高合金的导电性。 During QCr0.5 alloy internal oxidation, rare earth oxide powder was added in the oxide source to form rare earth atmosphere. After internal oxidation, the oxidation layer thickness, hardness and conductivity of the samples prepared were measured. In addition, the microstructure of the samples pre- pared was observed and analyzed. The results show that the oxidation layer and hardness of QCr0.5 al- loy in rare earth atmosphere are higher than those without rare earths. Meanwhile, the electrical con- ductivity of QCr0.5 alloy is improved in rare earth atmosphere also.
