Effect of Pulsed Magnetic Field on Solidified Structure and Mechanical Properties of H62 Brass

摘要 研究了脉冲磁场作用下H62黄铜凝固组织和力学性能的变化,考察了脉冲电压和脉冲频率对其凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在凝固过程中施加脉冲磁场可以明显改善H62黄铜的凝固组织,提高其力学性能,其凝固组织由完整的树枝晶转变为破碎的长条状晶;随着脉冲电压或脉冲频率的增加,H62黄铜的凝固组织先细化后粗化,其硬度和抗拉强度先增加后减小;与脉冲电压相比,脉冲频率对H62黄铜凝固组织和力学性能的影响较小。 Effects of pulsed magnetic field on solidified structure and mechanical properties of H62 brass by changing pulse voltage and frequency were investigated. The results show that solidified structure and mechanical properties of H62 brass can be improved significantly by pulsed magnetic field. Solidified structure is transformed from complete dendrite to fragmented crystal. With the increase of pulse volt- age or frequency, solidified structures is refined firstly and then coarsened. Meanwhile, both hardness and tensile strength are increased at first and then decreased. Compare with pulse voltage, the effect of pulse frequency is not obvious.
