摘要 目的:分析体检职工血脂、血糖水平与性别、年龄、BMI的关系。方法:收集2010-03-2011-09某单位体检职工14 044例资料,采用专用电脑软件录入体检数据,以SPSS软件进行分析。结果:①糖尿病、空腹血糖受损及血糖异常比例分别为6.3%、11.48%及17.8%,男性>女性;空腹血糖水平随年龄及BMI增加而升高,男性>女性。②TC、TG、LDL-C水平随年龄增长而增加,女性TC、LDL-C水平上升较男性明显;TG水平女性随年龄增长而增加,男性呈倒V变化,HDL-C水平呈男低女高,女性下降趋势明显,男性小幅波动;③血脂异常比例为47.7%,低HDL-C占20.7%,男性>女性,随年龄及BMI增加而升高。④混合性血脂异常、高TC、高TG、低HDL-C比例分别为9.8%、12.5%、16.9%、8.4%,随年龄增长及BMI增加而升高;男女血脂边缘升高占比>升高占比。结论:①该单位体检职工血脂异常及血糖异常比例高于全国平均水平,以血糖、血脂边缘升高为主;高TC比例较低,高LDL-C、低HDL-C比例较高,高TC、高LDL-C发病率在51~70岁达到峰值。②男女空腹血糖、TC、LDL-C水平及糖尿病、空腹血糖受损、高TC、高LDL-C比例随年龄增长而升高,女性TC、LDL-C水平增加程度>男性。③超重和肥胖(尤其是男性)是影响血糖、血脂水平及糖尿病、血脂异常患病率的重要因素。 Objective:To investigate the levels of blood lipid and blood sugar in physical examinative workers, and analyse the relations to sexuality, age and BMI. Method:The physical examination data with total of 14 041 cases from Mar 2010 to September 2011 were analysed by SPSS. Result:①The rates of DM, IFG, blood glucose abnormalities were 6.3%, 11.48% and 17.8% respectively, and in male was higher than female. FPG increased with age and BMI. ②TC, TG, LDL-C levels increased depending on age, and female's TC and LDL-C levels rised more significantly than the male's. Female's TG level increased depending on age, male's varied in the form of reverse‘V'. With the age increasing, HDL-C levels decreased fluctuated significantly in female, with small-scope fluctuation in male . ③The rates of dyslipidemia was 47.7% and low HDL-C was 20.7%, with higher in male,and all were increasing depending on age and BMI. ④The rates of mixed hyperlipidemia, high TC, high TG and low HDL-C were 9.8%, 12.5%, 16.9% and 8.4% respectively, which were increasing with age and BMI. The rate of high blood fat edge was greater than the rate of hyperlipidemia. Conclusion:①The rates of dyslipidemia and abnormal blood sugar were higher than the mean level of the nation. The rate of high blood sugar edge or high blood fat edge are greater significantly than those of high blood sugar or high blood fat. The rate of high TC was lower. The rate of high LDL-C or low HDL-C was higher. The rates of high TC or high LDL-C reached peak when the age ranges from 51 to 70. ②The rates of the male's or female's FPG, total TC, LDL C level and diabetes, IFG, high TC, high LDL-C increased depending on the age. The levels of the female's TC and LDL-C increased to the more extent than those of the male's. There was significant difference between the female's TG or HDL-C levels and the male's. ③Overweight and obesity (especially for the male) was one of the important factors effecring on the population blood sugar levels and blood fat levels, the prevalence rates of diabetes and dyslipidemia.
