摘要 介绍两例异位ACTH综合征的临床特点并结合国内外研究进展，探讨及时有效的诊治思路和诊疗方法。 [ Summary ] Clinical features of 2 cases of ectopic ACTH syndrome with manifestation of severe hypercortisonism are described with the aim of exploring effective therapies.
