延-颈髓交界区血管母细胞瘤合并脑室内出血一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 中枢神经系统血管母细胞瘤（hemangioblastoma，HB）系血管源性良性肿瘤，好发于成年人，小脑半球是其最常见的好发部位，其他好发于小脑蚓部、脑干及脊髓等。虽然HB是血管源性肿瘤，但HB发生出血的病例非常少见，且出血多见于蛛网膜下腔出血和小脑内出血担；
