摘要
大脑前动脉A1段动脉瘤的发生率占所有颅内动脉瘤的1％，但由于其体积小、宽颈并且和穿通支血管的密切相关，血管造影时有漏诊，而且治疗有一定困难。关于大脑前动脉A1段动脉瘤血管内治疗的文献报道较少，本文将血管内治疗9例大脑前动脉A1段动脉瘤的经验报告如下。
