恶性疟混合感染及裂殖子表面蛋白1和2的研究进展

摘要 在疟疾的高流行区,其发病率高,疟原虫的种群呈高度多样性;而在低流行区,其发病率低,疟原虫的种群多样性低。裂殖子表面蛋白1(merozotite surface protein 1,Msp-1)和裂殖子表面蛋白2(merozotite surface protein2,Msp-2)的基因已被确定具有广泛的遗传多态性,并且导致各种抗原的多样性,因此,常用于作为判断疟原虫虫株的单株或者混合株感染、追踪疟原虫来源、判断基因流动的重要基因标志[1-5]。
