试论医学物理学这一概念的内涵

A Tentative Study on Concept Connotation of Medicalphysics

目的:鉴于以医学物理学为书名已有所混乱。开展讨论,澄清医学物理学的内涵,统一认识,消除混乱,是必要的。方法:借助别人的成果和自己深入而全面研究形成的见解,从概念界定,作用类似学科的佐证,内容范围和科学性质四个方面加以论证。结果:就其内涵从两个角度作出界定,其一,借助生物物理学界定;其二,从直接涉及的内容范围作出界定。医学物理学是为适应医学的需要而划分出来的,内容由医学所涉及的生物物理学知识所组成。它是一门医学应用基础理论学科。如同人体生理学、医学生物化学等一样是一门专业基础课。结论:它与医用物理学虽然只一字之差,但从内容到课程作用都明显不同。后者是一门普通基础课。

Objective： In light of there＇re some confusion on books which title named medical physics, it＇s necessary to discuss and clear up the connotation, unified understanding, clear away confusion.Methods： With the help of other scholar＇s results and In-depth study to form opinions. Demonstration from four aspects such as the definition of the concept, function similar to the evidence of subject, content range, nature of science. Results： from two angles to define its connotation, One is With the aid of define biophysics, the other is make the definition from the content and scope involved directly. In order to adapt to the needs of medicine , medicalphysics was divided out. The content is composed of medical biological physics knowledge. Medical Physics is a basic theory of medical application discipline,as the human physiology, medical biochemistry is a important fundamental course. Conclusions： There is a difference of only a single word between medicophysics and medicalphysics,but from the content to the curriculum function are obviously different, the latter is a common basic course.
