双源CT心肌灌注成像临床应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)在我国的发病率近年来有增高趋势,通过检查手段以筛查出早期的冠心病患者,对其进行适当干预治疗,减少严重心脏不良事件的发生率显得尤为重要。目前临床上较常见的影像学诊断方法包括侵入性冠状动脉成像、超声心动图、多层螺旋CT、放射性核素显像和磁共振成像。随着CT影像技术的迅速发展,双源CT在进行冠状动脉血管成像的同时,还可进行负荷心肌灌注成像,这种"一站式"检查可同时获得冠状动脉的解剖学特征和心肌的血流动力学的变化,从而为临床正确地干预提供依据。文章就双源CT心肌灌注成像的临床应用的研究进展进行综述。 In recent years, the incidence of coronary artery disease in China has tended to increase. Early screening of patients with coronary artery disease may lead to the appropriate therapeutic intervention and reduce the incidence of serious adverse cardiac events. Nowadays, the common diagnostic imaging methods include invasive coronary angiography, echocardiography, multi-slice spiral CT, radionuclide imaging and magnetic resonance imaging. With the rapid development of CT imaging technology, in addition to coronary angiography, dual-source CT can conduct stress myocardial perfusion imaging. This "one-stop" examination can obtain coronary anatomical features and myocardial hemodynamic change at the same time, which provides the basis for proper clinical intervention. The research progress of clinical application of dual- source CT myocardial perfusion imaging is reviewed in this paper.
