影像引导下低温等离子髓核消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效 被引量:8

Effects of DSA guided low-temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation in the treatment of cervical disc herniation

摘要 目的观察影像引导下低温等离子髓核消融成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法我科对颈椎间盘突出症患者426例的病变椎间盘行低温等离子髓核消融成形术并术后定期随访。于术前、术后3d、术后2周、术后3个月按MacNab疗效评定标准及VAS评分法进行疗效评定,并记录评定结果。结果本组426例均获随访,随访时间3个月。其中优效178例(41.8%),有效224例(52.6%),无效24例(5.6%),总有效率为94.4%(402/426例)。VAS评分均较术前明显低,差异有统计学意义。本组病例未见神经与脊髓损伤,局部血肿及椎间隙感染等并发症。结论低温等离子髓核消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效好、手术创伤小、安全性高、术后恢复快。 Objective To observe the effects of low-temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ab- lation angioplasty for the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods Four hundred and twenty- six patients with cervical intervertebral disc herniation received low-temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation angioplasty and regular follow-up after operation. Before operation, and at the third day, 2 weeks, third month after operation, the effects according to MacNab criteria and VAS method were evaluated and recorded. Results All the patients were followed up in 3 months. The excellent effect was in 178 cases (41.8%), effective in 224 cases (52.6%), ineffective in 24 cases (5.6%), the total effective rate was 94.4% (402/426 cases). VAS was significantly lower without neurological and spinal cord injury, local hematoma and intervertebral space infection. Conclusion The low- temperature plasma nucleus pulposus ablation in the treatment of cervical disc herniation is an effective and safe method with little trauma and quick postoperative recovery.
