氟比洛芬酯、地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的效果 被引量:2

Effects of patient-controlled intravenous postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil, dezocine and sufentanil after cesarean section

摘要 目的观察氟比洛芬酯、地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的效果。方法剖宫产术孕妇180例,随机分为3组,每组60例。A组术后静脉自控镇痛配方为氟比洛芬酯100mg、舒芬太尼50μg与地佐辛5mg;B组为舒芬太尼150μg与地佐辛10mg;C组为舒芬太尼100μg与地佐辛15mg。结果3组镇痛效果均确切,A组不良反应发生率低于其他两组(P〈0.05)。3组术后24h按压次数差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯100mg、地佐辛5mg复合舒芬太尼50μg用于剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的效果确切,不良反应少。 Objective To evaluate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil, dezocine and sufentanil in pregnant women after Cesarean section. Methods One hundred and eighty pregnant women underwent selected Cesarean section were randomly allocated into three groups, sixty cases in each. The formulas in group A contained flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg, sufentanil 50μg and dezocine 5 rag, in group B sufentanil 150 μg and dezocine 10 mg, and in group C sufentanil 100 μg and dezocine 15 mg. Results The analgesic effects were ex- actly in all of the 3 groups. The incident rate of side effects was lower in group A than that in group B and C (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in times of patient-controlled bolus in 24 h (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg, dezocine 5 mg and sufentanil 50 μg in pregnant women after selected Cesarean section is reliable, and with lesser side effects.
