摘要
采用计算机编程对超大粒径骨料(粒径不小于300mm)自密实混凝土施工工艺中骨料堆放过程进行了二维模拟.根据施工工艺,从骨料生成、骨料凸凹性判断、骨料边界判断以及骨料自动堆积过程等方面建立了合理的模块算法与二维计算机模拟模型,并研究了超大粒径骨料粒径、均匀系数及堆放区域等参数对骨料堆放空隙率的影响.研究表明:随着骨料最大粒径及最小粒径的增大,骨料堆放空隙率均显著增大;随着骨料均匀系数的提高,骨料堆放空隙率也呈现增大趋势;堆放区域面积等对超大粒径骨料堆积程度及空隙率的影响十分显著.
Stacking process of extra-huge aggregates that was used in the construction technology of rubble self-compacting concrete with manufactured sand was studied by computer simulation. According to the construction technology, reasonable algorithm framework and two-dimensional computer simulation model was built, which include rubble generation module algorithm, rubble punch judgment module algorithm and rubble stacking process module. The effect of rubble size, uniformity coefficient of rubble and stacked area on the void ratio of rubble structure was investigated through the model. The results show that the void ratio of rubble structure increases with the increase of maximum and minimum size of rubbles and the improvement of uniformity coefficient of rubbles. The effect of stacked area on the stacking degree and void ratio of rubble structure is remarkable.
