鲍恩样丘疹病自行消退1例

1病历摘要
患者男，28岁。因阴茎、龟头暗紫褐色丘疹3个月于2011年9月17日就就诊。患者于3个月前无明显诱因阴茎、龟头部出现大小不等的暗紫褐色丘疹，不痛不痒，无其他不适。近1周来皮疹增多，有融合倾向，遂来我院就诊。已婚，否认有非婚性生活史。既往身体健康。无其他特殊病史，无手术史。
