英夫利昔单抗治疗银屑病致可逆性肝损伤1例

Infliximab-induced reversible liver injury in a psoriatic patient

报告1例重度寻常性银屑病患者在接受英夫利昔(IFX)单抗诱导期治疗后发生可逆性药物性肝损伤,由此,建议在接受IFX第3次治疗前最好复查肝功能。

A case of patient with severe psoriasis vulgaris is reported, who developed reversible drug-induced liver injury during infliximab induction period. Therefore, it is suggested it would be better to test liver function again before receiving the third infliximab treatment.
