妊娠期银屑病患者的治疗概述 被引量：4

摘要 局部外用药物是妊娠期银屑病的一线用药,其中润肤剂和保湿剂是最安全的一线用药;糖皮质激素类药物小面积外用相对安全。维生素D_3衍生物及煤焦油制剂的安全性和致畸性尚不明确,应避免妊娠前3个月局部外用。生物制剂是否能作为一种安全的孕妇用药还需要更多临床研究去证实。
