摘要 梅毒螺旋体(Treponema pallidum,Tp)是引起梅毒的病原体。Tp外膜不含有脂多糖(LPS),但含有丰富的脂蛋白。研究表明外膜脂蛋白Tpp17、Tpp47具有高度免疫原性。该文就Tpp17和Tpp47的免疫反应及信号通路作一综述。
