数字化骨科技术在关节置换术中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 随着生命科学研究的不断深入,计算机领域的尖端技术逐渐融人医学领域,这是医学发展的必然趋势。将骨科学与数字化技术紧密结合,采用计算机数字化技术对骨科领域的临床及基础问题进行研究及分析,是骨科未来的发展方向。关节置换术是一项比较成熟的技术,在治疗由骨关节炎(OS—teoarthritis,OA)、类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)、股骨头坏死(osteonecrosisoffemoralhead,ONFH)及髋关节发育不良(developmentaldysplasiaofhip,DDH)等疾病所致的关节疼痛、关节功能障碍等方面具有明显优势。关节置换术的关键在于肢体正常生物力学功能的恢复,而精确的术前计划、合理的假体选择、准确的术中操作是实现该目标的重要保证。因此,数字化技术在关节置换领域有不可替代的应用价值,主要应用方向包括术前计划制定、手术操作辅助、关节假体设计和定制、生物力学重建和有限元分析。本文对数字化骨科技术在关节置换术中的应用进行综述。
