永存原始玻璃体增生症一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，42岁。因右眼疼痛伴同侧头痛一天，于2012年6月4日就诊于我院。自幼右眼视力差未给予治疗。眼科检查：右眼视力手动／30cm（不能矫正），左眼视力0．6（矫正视力为1．0）。眼压：右眼62mmHg，左眼16mmHg。右眼睑裂明显小于左眼。右眼外斜视15°，眼球运动正常，伴轻度眼球水平震颤。裂隙灯下见混合充血，角膜雾状水肿，周边前房浅，瞳孔中度散大，对光反应迟钝，晶状体轻混，眼底窥不清，隐约可见粗细不一的飘动纤维血管膜从视盘发出，向着前部玻璃体展开。左眼检查正常。眼部A超：右眼轴长24．23mm，左眼轴长22．80mm。B型超声所见：
