摘要
研究了磁化处理对高速钢硬度的影响,并使用自制磁化装置对高速钢进行磁化;然后通过对未经磁化和经磁化处理后的高速钢材料进行硬度对比试验。结果表明:在特定电磁频率下,随着磁化时间的增加,高速钢硬度增加,最佳磁化时间为45s;在特定时间内,随磁化电流频率的增加,高速钢的硬度增量变低,与高频磁化效果相比,低频磁化效果较佳。这表明磁化处理可提高高速钢硬度,细化高速钢内部晶粒组织,进而提高耐磨性。
The hardness of high speed steel magnetized by homemade magnetization device was studied. The material hardness contrast experiment was prepared between magnetized high speed steel and unmagnetized ones. The results show that in a specific electromagnetic frequency, with the magnetization time increasing, the hardness of the high speed steel tool gradually increases, and the optimum magnetization time is 45 s; in a specific time period, with the magnetizing frequency increasing, the material hardness increment becomes lower, that low frequency magnetization effect is suitable. So the magnetic treatment can enhance the hardness of high speed steel, refine the internal microstructure of high speed steel and improve the wear resistance.
