超高转速电机铜合金槽楔的选用及工艺控制 被引量:4

摘要 通过对CuCo2BeZr、CuNiBe、CuNi2SiCr三种槽楔合金材料的常温、高温力学性能及疲劳性能测试分析,结果表明,CuCo2BeZr合金的综合力学性能及疲劳性能远高于CuNiBe、CuNi2SiCr合金,因此在承受超高转速的西气东输、LNG电机项目中采用CuCo2BeZr作为电机转子槽楔合金材料。经熔炼、锻造及热处理主要工艺的控制消除了CuCo2BeZr合金铸锭内部疏松、缩孔缺陷,大大减少了夹杂等点状缺陷的出现,并实现了3100mm长槽楔整根组织及性能的均匀化,避免了内部细微缺陷及晶间裂纹的产生,工艺改进后超声波探伤成品率达到93%以上,满足了西气东输、LNG电机项目的需要。 The mechanical properties both at room and high temperatures and the fatigue performance of the following three kinds of wedge alloy materials were studied on CuCo2BeZr, CuNiBe and CuNi2SiCr. The results show that the mechanical properties and fatigue performance of CuCo2BeZr are much higher than that of CuNiBe and CuNi2SiCr alloy, so CuCo2BeZr alloy is used as rotor slot wedges alloy material in West-East Gas Pipeline project and LNG motor project where the rotor material must withstand ultra-high speed. By controlling the melting, forging and heat treatment process, such defects as internal loose and shrinkage are eliminated, and such point-like defects as inclusions are greatly reduced. Furthermore, the microstructure and properties homogenization of long wedge with the length of 3100 mm can be obtained, which can avoid such defects, such as internal minor defects and intergranular cracks. After process improvement, the finished rate can reach more than 93% through ultrasonic inspection, which can meet the need of West-East Gas Pipeline project and LNG motor project.
