摘要 采用铸渗和热处理工艺相结合的方法,将纯铬丝与白口铸铁进行复合,原位生成(Fe,Cr)7C3颗粒束增强铁基复合材料。使用XRD和SEM对不同保温时间的该复合材料进行物相分析和微观组织观察。结果表明:颗粒束内的主要物相组成为α-Fe,γ-Fe和(Fe,Cr)7C3;随着保温时间的延长,(Fe,Cr)7C3颗粒束的面积逐渐增大,束内组织形态由共晶向亚共晶转变。 Abstraet:In-situ production of (Fe,Cr)TC3 particulate bundles-reinforced iron matrix composite was prepared by infiltration casting between pure Cr wires and white cast iron plus subsequent heat treatment. The composite under different heat time was comparatively characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the particulates bundle mainly consist of a-Fe, γ-Fe and (Fe,Cr)TC3 particulates. The area of particulates bundle gradually increases with the heat treatment time increasing. The microstructure morphology of particulates bundle transforms from eutectic into hypoeutectic.
