摘要
NiTi形状记忆合金(SMA)具有优良的抗穴蚀、抗磨损特性,在医学、微机电系统等方面得到了越来越广泛的应用,本文简述了NiTi合金涂层的几种制备工艺及其涂层特性。
NiTi alloy (SMA shape memory alloy) has good ability to resist cavitation corrosion and abrasive wear, so it has more application in field of medicine and MEMS (micro-electric machine system). Preparing teelmology of NiTi alloy coating and its properties were introduced.
