摘要
采用低温超音速火焰喷涂方法,实现了40Cr数控机床主轴的Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y多元复合涂层制备,并对涂层进行了表面硬度测试、磨损试验、抗高温氧化试验和抗震性试验的对比和分析。结果表明,与未处理试样相比,低温超音速火焰喷涂Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y多元复合涂层,明显提高了40Cr数控机床主轴的表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性和抗震性。其中,表面硬度增加了69%,磨损体积减少了64%,300℃×96 h高温氧化后的单位面积质量增重减小了90%,阻尼本领提高了203%。
Abstraet:Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y multi-component coating was prepared for 40Cr numerical control machine spindle with low temperature high velocity oxygen fuel. Then surface hardness, wearing, oxidation resistance in high temperature and vibration resistance of the test samples were tested and contrastively analyzed. The results show that in comparison with untreated test samples, Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y multi-component coating by low temperature high velocity oxygen fuel can effectively improve the surface hardness, wearing resistance, oxidation resistance in high temperature and vibration resistance of 40Cr numerical control machine spindle. And the surface hardness increases by 69%, wearing volume decreases by 64%, the live-weight gain per unit area after oxidation for 96 h at 300 ℃ decreases by 90% and the damping capacity increases by 203%.
