摘要
对机车车轴热处理后力学性能不合格的原因进行了分析,从热处理工艺及实际操作等方面提出了解决措施,保证了车辆的热处理质量。按碳含量调整正火工艺,可确保车轴的性能合格,简化车轴热处理工艺,提高生产效率。
The unqualified reason of mechanical properties for the locomotive axle after heat treatment was analyzed. The solving measures were put forward from heat treatment process and the actual operation. The heat treatment quality was pledged. The normalizing process was adjusted according to carbon content. It can ensure the qualified performance, simplife heat treatment process, and improve production efficiency of axle.
