摘要
利用有限元分析方法,对预应力钢丝感应加热系统建模,并计算在钢丝心表温差相同的情况下,不同电参数组合下钢丝感应加热系统耗能大小。通过对计算结果的分析,得到较为合理的电参数范围及在一定加热效果下能耗最小的参数组合方法。
According to the electromagnetic finite element analysis, the model of wire induction heating system was designed by using relevant software. Under the premise of maintaining the same wire heating results, the size of the energy consumption of wire induction heating system in different combinations of electrical parameters was calculated. Through the analysis of the calculation results, a reasonable range of electrical parameters and the method to find the minimum energy consumption in a certain heating effect combinations of electrical parameters were obtained.
