摘要
9SiCr钢是在T9A钢炼制的基础上加入Si、Cr等元素形成,其优点是具有较高的淬透性、淬硬性以及回火稳定性,同时热处理时变形小,广泛应用于工具与量具的制造。本文结合实际,提出一种热处理新工艺用于9SiCr模具钢,通过对其奥氏体化、等温油淬、预回火、深冷处理以及再回火等工序步骤,克服碳素刃具钢淬透性低、红硬性差以及耐磨性不足的缺点,提高了模具硬度值与耐磨性能,为我国模具行业的发展提供参考。
9SiCr steel is formed from T9A steel refining on the basis of Si, Cr elements added. It has high hardenability, hardenability and tempering stability, and the heat treatment deformation is small. It is widely used in the manufacture of tools and measunng tools. According to the practice, a new heat treatment process for 9SiCr die steel was put forward which was austenitizing, isothermal oil quenching and tempering, cryogenic treatment in advance and then tempering process such as the steps, and it could overcome the defects of the red hardness difference, wear resistance of carbon cutlery steel, and improved the hardness value and wear-resisting performance, and then provide the reference for the development of mold industry.
