摘要
通过宏观形貌检查、金相检验、化学成分分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了某热电厂锅炉水冷壁管的腐蚀破坏原因。结果表明:水冷壁管的腐蚀破坏主要是由氯离子引起的点腐蚀,干湿交替的使用环境和管壁的较高温度加速了腐蚀。
By macroscopic inspection, metallurgical examination, XRD, SEM and EDS analysis, the corrosion failure of water-cooled pipe was analyzed. The results show that the corrosion failure of water-cooled pipe is mainly caused by pitting corrosion of chloride ion. The alternate wetting and drying working environment as well as high temperature can accelerate the pipe corrosion.
