摘要
目的:通过观察TMPT添加型牙本质封闭剂的材料学性能及聚合性能,探讨其提高牙本质粘结强度的机制。方法:通过将TMPT与"劲润"牙本质保护膜(HyC)中的Ac成分按不同比例配合,试制T0、T33、T67、T100 4种含不同比例TMPT的改良型牙本质封闭剂,分别测量其弯曲强度、弹性模量、努氏硬度和聚合转化率等材料学性能指标。结果:随着TMPT添加量的增加,改良型牙本质封闭剂的弯曲强度和弹性模量均呈逐渐减小趋势,其中T100的弯曲强度、T67和T100的弹性模量分别与T0组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);努氏硬度呈缓慢增大趋势,但各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);聚合转化率呈逐渐降低趋势,各组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TMPT添加型牙本质封闭剂对牙本质的粘结强度增强可能与材料的力学性能及聚合程度变化无直接关系,其具体机制有待于进一步探讨。
AIM : To test the material properties and polymerization performance of TMPT-containing dentin sealant so as to discuss the reasons of increased dentin bonding strength. METHODS: Trial dentin sealing materials were prepared by changing the combination ratio of Ac and TMPT in HyC, named TO, T33, T67 and T100 respective ly. And then material properties were tested in terms of their bending strength, elastic modulus, Knoop hardness and conversion degree. RESULTS: With the increase of TMPT ratio in the dentin sealing materials the bending strength was decreased ( between T100 and T67 or T33 or TO ,P 〈 0.05 ) and elastic modulus was decreased ( between TO or T33 and T67 or T100 ,and between T67 and T100 ,P 〈 0.05 ), Knoop hardness was slightly increased but was not staistical different among groups (P 〉 0.05). Conversion degree was lowered (P 〈 0.05, between each 2 groups). CONCLU SION : Improved dentin bonding strength of appropriate amount of TMPT-containing dentin sealant may not directly re lated to the changes of mechanical properties and polymerization performance of the materials.
