IgA肾病患者外周血内皮祖细胞的检测及意义 被引量:3

摘要 lgA肾病(IgAN)在我国原发性肾小球肾炎中。是导致慢性肾衰竭的首位病因。IgAN的病理特点是肾小球系膜细胞增生和系膜外基质增多。由于系膜区与毛细血管袢内皮“接连接无基底膜的特点,当系膜基质与系膜细胞发生免疫炎性反应时,会直接导致内皮细胞的损 伤,甚至坏死。
