肿节风颗粒对^(60)Coγ射线照射后猪腮腺细胞Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨肿节风对60 Coγ射线照射后猪腮腺细胞Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法:将15头雄性小型猪随机分为空白组、单纯照射组(单照组)、肿节风照射组(药照组)3个大组。药照组于照射前1周开始喂食肿节风至腮腺取出,其他2组给予等量生理盐水。单照组和药照组进行60 Coγ射线照射,空白组不予照射。照射后10d取腮腺进行组织病理学观察,免疫组化法检测腮腺组织Bcl-2和Bax的表达。结果:空白组、单照组和药照组的Bcl-2蛋白率分别为(37.58±1.24、23.44±2.09、28.25±1.96)。Bcl-2蛋白表现为空白组>药照组>单照组,两两比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空白组、单照组和药照组的Bax蛋白率分别为(39.02±1.99、75.13±2.20、61.36±2.74)。Bax蛋白表现为单照组>药照组>空白组,两两比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:60 Coγ射线对小型猪腮腺细胞Bax蛋白表达有促进作用,对Bcl-2蛋白表达有抑制作用。肿节风对辐照后小型猪腮腺细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达有促进作用,Bax蛋白表达有抑制作用。 Objective: To explore the influence of Glabrous Sarcandra Herb on the expression of Bcl--2/Bax of pa rotid glands in the miniature pig irradiated by ^60Coγ rays. Methods: 15 miniature pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group. Everyday, Glabrous Sarcandra Herb was fed to the medicine radiation group from a week before exposure to the irradiation to the time when the parotid glands were removed, meanwhile equal physiological saline to the other two groups. Each pig in the radiation control group and the medicine radiation group was received ^60Co gamma--rays on parotid gland (total radiation dose: 30Gy), while the normal control group was not received rays. On the 10th day after irradiation, the parotid glands of miniature pigs were removed for experiment. The expression of Bcl--2/Bax was detected by immunohistochemis try. Results: The expression of Bcl--2 in normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group respectively was 37.58±1.24,23.44±2.09, and 28.25±1.96(P〈0.05). The expression of Bax in normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group respectively was 39.02±1.99,75.13±.20, and 61.36±2.74(P〈0.05). Conclution: Gamma--rays augmented the expression of Bax,while diminished the ex- pression of Bcl 2. Glabrous Sarcandra Herb had the opposite effect with gamma--rays.
