摘要
目的:观察淫羊藿苷对种植体周围骨缺损成骨的影响。方法:于3只犬双侧股骨外上髁处各植入4mm×10mm种植体一枚,在种植体顶端形成深5mm宽1.5~2mm的扇形骨缺损,骨缺损区内分别植入磷酸钙骨水泥及磷酸钙骨水泥淫羊藿苷复合物。种植术后4、8、12周各处死1只犬,行大体、组织学及荧光显微镜观察,观察各个时期骨缺损区的成骨情况。结果:磷酸钙骨水泥组各时期缓慢、匀速成骨;磷酸钙骨水泥淫羊藿复合物组4周时有大量新骨形成,8周、12周只形成少量新骨。结论:淫羊藿苷对种植体周围骨缺损区的成骨有良好的促进作用,且其降解周期为1个月左右。
Objective: To study the effects of Icariin on the ossification of bone defect surrounding implant. Meth- ods: The implants were implanted in lateral femoral epicondyles on each side of three dogs. 1.5--2mm× 5mm bone defect were made surrounding implant. Calcium phosphate cement and calcium phosphate cement mixed with icariin were embedded into the defects. Dogs were killed four, eight and twelve weeks after the implant surgery. Gross ob- servation, X--Ray, histologic and fluorescence microscope examinations were made to observe the ossification in de- fects at different time. Results: Bone defects implanting calcium phosphate cement got osteogenesis in constant speed slowly at different time. Much of osteogenesis was found in bone defects implanting calcium phosphate cement mixed with icariin on the four weeks after surgery and a few of osteogenesis was found on eight, twelve weeks after surgery. Conclusion: Icariin can improve the ossification in the bone defect surrounding implant and is degradated af- ter one month.
