混合油脂补料发酵提高多杀菌素的产量 被引量:6

Enhanced Production of Spinosad by Fed-batch Fermentation

摘要 通过补加植物油(菜籽油、玉米油、豆油)、油酸甲酯、玉米浆,考察其对多杀菌素发酵产量的影响。结果显示,在96h补加3%的混合油脂(油酸甲酯∶菜籽油=2∶1),同时在96h和144h分别补加1%的玉米浆可使多杀菌素的产量提高2.11倍,发酵单位达到804.59 mg/L,为实现工业化生产奠定基础。 The effect of the addition of corn oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, methyl oleate, the mixture of rapeseed oil and metyl oleate on the production of spinosad by Saccharopolyspora spinosa LU 104 was studied. The results indicated that the yield of spinosad was increased 2.11-fold up to 804.59 mg/L when adding 3% mixture oil (rapeseed oil: metyl oleate = 1: 2) at 96 h and 1% corn steep liquor at 96 h and 144 h.
