摘要
辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell,Th17)是最近发现的一类CD4阳性T细胞亚群。Th17分泌以IL-17A为主的多种细胞因子,并通过这些细胞因子实现其生物学效应。本文系统回顾分析了Th17及其分泌的细胞因子在免疫调节中的作用及机制。研究表明,Th17与急、慢性排斥反应密切相关,有望成为治疗排斥反应的新靶点,并为免疫耐受的诱导提供新思路。
T helper 17 cells (Th17) are a novel subset of CD4+ T cells that undergo differentiation from naive CD4 T cells through the activation of a key nuclear transcription factor, retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γt (RORγt), and in the presence of multiple cytokines, such as transforming growth factorβ1 (TGF-β1) , interleukin6 (IL- 6), as well as IL 23. Th17 cells induce their biological effect by secreting IL-17A and other eytokines. Research has dem onstrated that Th17 cells have an intimate relationship with acute/chronic transplant reactions and that Th17 cell lineages have the possibility to become the new target for treating transplant rejections. Identification of Th17 cells also provides an additional strategy for inducing immune tolerance.
