胰腺病变内镜超声细针穿刺细胞病理学诊断

摘要
胰腺病变包含了胰腺的各种良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤以及瘤样病变。随着高清影像学技术的发展，越来越多的胰腺病变被发现。对胰腺病变进行细针穿刺（FNA）取样和细胞学检查已变得越来越普及，对诊断的要求也越来越高。临床医生可以依据FNA诊断结果制定最佳治疗方案，比如术前新辅助化疗，术前确定手术方式，或为因肿瘤晚期、高龄、心肺功能差等因素不宜手术者制定合适的化疗或放疗方案。FNA可在经皮影像学或超声内镜（EUS）引导下进行。和经皮影像学引导的取样相比，超声内镜引导下的细针穿刺检查（EUS—FNA）具有更高的敏感性，并发症发生率也较低，所以近年来EUS—FNA的应用越来越广泛。
