经后路腰椎间融合术后腰大肌血肿一例 被引量：1

摘要 后路腰椎体间融合术（posteriorlum barinterbodyfusion，PLIF）越来越多地用于治疗腰椎退变性疾病。PLIF中需要应用椎弓根螺钉。若椎弓根螺钉置入、椎体间减压、cage置入等操作不当，均会导致严重并发症，如腹部大血管损伤、神经根损伤、硬膜外血肿等。笔者报告1例PLIF术中因椎弓根螺钉置入位置不当引起的严重并发症。
