颈椎不同体位对颈椎病患者黄韧带厚度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过动力学核磁共振成像技术观察颈椎不同体位对颈椎病患者颈椎黄韧带厚度的影响方法对257例颈椎管狭窄症患者分别进行颈椎中立位、前屈位及后仲位动力学核磁共振检查,根据所得矢状Ⅲ磁共振图像测量患者在不同颈椎体位下C2~T1各节段黄韧带厚度数据,结果入选患者C7~T1节段黄韧带厚度[颈椎前屈位时为(3.02±0.97)mm,颈椎中立位时为(3.16±0.90)mm,颈椎后伸们时为(3.18±1.00)mm]均明显趟过C。各节段黄韧带厚度(P〈0.05)。当颈椎处于后伸位时,C3-7各节段黄韧带厚度均较前屈位时明显增厚(P〈0.05)。结论入选颈椎病患者C6~T1节段黄韧带较其他颈椎节段黄韧带明显增厚,并且颈椎部位黄韧带厚度随颈椎后伸运动而增加,以上可能是C6~T1节段容易发生脊髓冲经压迫的重要原因之一。
