摘要
以含铬革屑中提取的胶原水解物为原料,并用三聚氰胺树脂对其进行改性,对改性条件进行了研究。找到的最优改性条件为三聚氰胺树脂:胶原水解物=1∶1,改性时间为1h。并通过对原料和改性产物进行红外分析、DSC分析、氨基含量分析和羟甲基含量分析,证实了三聚氰胺树脂和胶原水解物之间发生了化学结合,使得三聚氰胺树脂接枝到胶原水解物上,制备得到了改性蛋白填料。应用试验证明,蛋白填料具有良好的增厚性能。
Collagen hydrolysate from chrome shavings gated. The obtained optimum conditions are as following: quired for the modification process. The melamine resin, was modified by melamine resin. The modifying conditions were investi- the ratio of melamine resin and collagen hydrolysate is 1 : 1, and 1 h is re- collagen hydrolysate, and their modified products were detected by IR spectra, DSC spectra, content analysis of amino and hydroxymenthyl. The resuhs indicate that there is chemical bonding between collagen hydrolysate and melamine resin, and the melamine resin has grafted to collagen hydrolysate. The prepared modified protein filling agent is proved to have a good thickening performance.
