毛皮染色废水脱色工艺研究及其在循环使用中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以毛皮染色废水循环使用为目的,优选高效脱色剂和絮凝剂,研究同时具备脱色、分离重金属、快速絮凝沉降除去有机杂质的高效絮凝一脱色染色废水处理工艺。研究结果表明:石灰+絮凝剂H9052+脱色剂WS组合,适合毛皮染色废水循环使用废水絮凝一脱色处理;依水质不同和循环次数的不同,对脱色剂和絮凝剂的投加量需做适当调整,10%WS脱色剂溶液最大用量为6250mL/t,0.1%H9052絮凝剂溶液最大用量为8000mL/t;脱色率80%~95%,处理后的废水水质清澈,均可做到循环利用2次以上。处理后废水的总铬含量可降至1.5mg/L以下,符合染色要求和车间废水排放对铬含量的要求。 For the recycling of fur dyeing wastewater, efficient decolorant and flocculant were selected, and an efficiently floc- culation - bleaching technology was explored, which could decolorate, separate heavy metals and rapidly flocculate organic impurities of fur dyeing wastewater simultaneously. The results show that : the combination of lime, flocculant H9052 and decolorant WS is suitable for the treatment of flocculation - bleaching of fur dyeing wastewater recycling. The dosages of flocculant and decolor- ant need to adjust to the different wastewater and recycling times. The maximum amount of 10% solution of bleaching agent WS is 6 250mL/t, and the maximum amount of 0.1% solution of flocculant H9052 is 8 000mL/t. The decolorization rate is 80% 95%. The treated water is clear and it can be recycled more than two times. The total chromium content of treated wastewater is reduced to less than 1.5mg/L, which meets the requirements of dying and discharge of wastewater.
