老年2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C水平与体重指数的关系 被引量:7

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是终末期肾病最常见的原因。2型糖尿病肾损害在老年糖尿病患者中很常见,这来源于多种病因,尤其是高血糖、高血压和老龄化的共同作用。多种因素DN是糖尿病死亡的主要危险因素。体重对肾功能同样存在影响,肥胖与肾小球高灌注和高滤过有关,在临床上表现为微量白蛋白尿、蛋白尿和(或)肾功能不全,被称为肥胖相关性肾小球疾病。研究显示在肾功能正常的糖尿病患者中胱抑素C(Cy-sC)被认为是早期反映肾损害的指标。本研究观察不同体重指数(BMI)的老年2型糖尿病患者CysC水平,了解体重在这一人群中对肾功能的影响。
