胸腹腔镜与开胸手术治疗老年食管癌的对比研究 被引量:17

摘要 对食管癌的治疗,近年临床研究倾向于创伤小的微创手术,以减少手术创伤,较为公认的是胸腹腔镜下进行微创手术。本研究将微创手术和传统开胸手术进行对比,旨在探讨腔镜微创手术的临床应用价值及安全性。
