“手结”在大脑中央区手术定位中央前回的价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的总结"手结"在术前MRI图像定位中央前回的经验。方法观察组47例,术前以"手结"为标志定位中央前回;对照组36例,术前以体表标志定位中央前回。两组病例均采用显微手术切除病灶,并注意保护中央前回。比较两组病人术后运动功能MAS评分。结果观察组病变全切除32例次全切除15例,对照组病变全切除28例,次全切除8例。观察组术后MAS评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "手结"是术前定位中央前回的有价值的解剖标志。
