摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中邻联甲苯胺的气相色谱测定法。方法用玻璃纤维滤膜采集空气中的邻联甲苯胺,甲醇洗脱,气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果在0.04-9.00μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.04μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.0002mg/m^3(以采集375L空气样品计),采样效率为93%~100%,洗脱效率94%~96%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~2.5%,样品在4℃条件下至少能稳定保存8d,室温最多能保存6d。结论该方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》,适用于工作场所空气中邻联甲苯胺的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining o-tolidine in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods o-tolidine in workplace air was collected with a glass fiber filter, desorbed with methanol, and determined by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector. Results The concentration of otolidine showed a linear relationship with peak area within 0.04-9.00μg/ml; the detection limit was 0.04 μg/ml; the minimum detectable concentration was 0.0002 mg/m3 (calculated by 375 L air sample); the sampling efficiency was 93%-100%; the elution efficiency was 94%-96%; the relative standard deviation was 0.8-2.5%. Sample could be stored at 4 ℃ for at least 8 days and at room temperature for as long as 6 days. Conclusion This determination method meets the requirements of Guide for establishing occupational heath standards-Part 4 Determination methods of air chemicals in workplace (GBZ/T 210.4-2008) and is suitable for determination of o-tolidine in workplace air.
