自体颗粒脂肪注射填充鼻唇沟凹陷的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical curative effect of nasolabial fold filled by autologous fat granule injection

目的 观察自体颗粒脂肪注射填充鼻唇沟凹陷的临床效果.方法 肿胀麻醉后,采用注射器法于腹部皮下行吸脂术;脂肪颗粒纯化、洗涤后,填充至鼻唇沟凹陷部位.按照鼻唇沟形态评分标准对求美者进行术前及术后3个月评分并比较.结果 本组53例求美者（106侧）按照鼻唇沟凹陷诊断标准分为轻、中度组共62侧,重度、极重度组共44侧.术后3个月轻、中度组及重、极重度组的评分结果均较术前明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）.随访期内,注射区未发现严重的并发症.对效果不满意的求美者进行补充注射,其中58侧补充注射1次,29侧补充注射2次,11侧补充注射3次,远期观察效果满意.结论 利用自体颗粒脂肪注射填充治疗鼻唇沟凹陷,此法安全、有效,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of nasolabial fold filled by autologous fat granule injection. Methods Liposuction with syringe was performed under tumescent anesthesia. The harvested fat was washed and purified, and the fat granule was injected at the nasolabial fold. The morphology scores of the nasolabial fold were analyzed and comparison was performed between preview and postview at 3 months postoperatively. Results Totally patients （53 cases, 106 sides） were divided into mild/moderate group of 62 sides and severe/very severe group of 44 sides by the severity graduation of nasolabial fold. Follow-up was performed at 3 months postoperatively, and the postoperative morphology scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than that of the preoperation （ P〈 0.01 ）. Non serious postoperative complications were observed within the follow-up stage. Supplemental injection was carried out when needed, 58 sides for 1 once, 29 sides for twice, 11 sides for 3 times, and satisfactory outcome was obtained. Conclusion Filling nasolabial fold by autologous fat granule is a safe and effective approach, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
