摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种累及多系统的慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病。SLE发病年龄主要在孕龄期，SLE常发生在妊娠、产后及性激素快速变换期。有报道，高促性腺激素或性腺机能减退的男性更易发生SLE。研究显示，性激素不但影响SLE的发病率，
